Experience the challenge and fun of true ensemble playing with our handbells class. We will be using tone chimes rather than the more expensive handbells but everything else is the same.

Our instructor for this class is a homeschool mom who has a Bachelor of Music Education, Master of Music, and Doctor of Music degrees in music K-12, vocal performance and choral conducting. She has directed a number of church musical groups including children’s and adult choirs, praise team, and handbell choirs. 

AGE GROUPS

• This class is for ages 12 through adult. There will be try-outs

Pre-requisites:

• Commitment to being at every class (if a student is not present, it is difficult for others to practice)
• Ability to recognize the durations of note values
• Ability to recognize notes on the staff
• Must be able to follow directions
