Self-Defense

This will be a fun and high energy class that will improve your endurance, strength, motor skills & mental awareness. You will sweat & get a great workout in a Christian environment.  Our head instructor, who has been an athlete & martial artist (black belt) for many years, is very excited to teach this class & looking forward to sharing what he has learned over the years.

AGE GROUPS

This sport is coed for:

• Ages 4 – 10 with Coach J. Lupica & Asst. Z. Underwood
• Ages 11 – adult with Coach J. Flores

COSTS

• $70 per player

Pre-registration for Fall 2019 Self Defense will be $60 per player through 10/23/19.  You can pre-register at any of our classes or events (see schedule HERE)

Also, you can register by mail (with a postmark no later than 10/23/19). See our Contact Us page for phone number & mailing address.

The Self Defense registration fee can also be paid on the first day of Self Defense or anytime during this sport.

If you register in person we accept cash, credit card, or check.  If you register by mail we only accept checks or money orders.

A note about our fees: Our fees are designed to pay our expenses and we work to keep them as low as possible. If cost becomes an issue, please contact us for different options (payments, pay what you can, even free). We are here to support private Christian homeschool families!

We also offer an additional $5 discount per player.  See if you qualify!

*Younger participants will not go the full time

CLOTHING

Every player needs to wear a PSP Sports And More shirt for workouts. We also recommend black sweats or shorts (shorts MUST be worn below the knee).  Click this LINK to view details about our PSP Sports And More Clothing and see/print the order form.

REGISTRATION

Players can join us at any point in our season (registration cost are the same regardless of when you join).
